RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping Emerson Charles! It is our greatest hope that you love every purchase, but we know that will not be true for everyone, 100% of the time. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us at info@emersoncharles.com with the subject line ‘RETURN’.
RETURNS:
We will gladly accept items purchased online and returned for Store Credit within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment to calculate this date. All items must be returned in the condition they were received. We only offer store credit for returns. Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn and in the original box.
The following items are final sale:
- Jewelry
- Hair Accessories
- Sunnies, Scarves, Hats, Bags, etc.
- Items purchased with a discount code or promotion of 30% off or more
- Sale Items
Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
Please email info@emersoncharles.com for a return form to include in your package. Please use the subject line ‘RETURN’. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels. Allow us 3-5 business days to process your return once we receive the original item back.
EXCHANGES:
All exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery date. A full refund will be given for exchanges only in a different size of the same item. If you would like to exchange your item for another size, we ask that you first place your new order on our website. This ensures the size you are wanting does not sell out (our items go quickly)! Immediately after, email us at info@emersoncharles.com with the subject line 'EXCHANGE' for an Exchange Form. Please write your NEW order number for the exchanged item on the return slip that was sent via email.
Allow us 3-5 business days to process your exchange once we receive the original item back. Once we process your exchange, you will be refunded to your original form of payment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGED PRODUCT: We want you to have the best of the best. Before every order goes out, we inspect each piece for damages. Please keep in mind, we are human and may miss something. If this happens, you have 3 business days from the item being delivered to you to contact us at info@emersoncharles.com with the subject line 'DAMAGED ORDER'.
